A certified Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor (SUDRC), Glenda brings over three years of hands-on experience in dual diagnosis treatment, specializing in supporting individuals navigating both substance use and mental health challenges.

Her career began in detox and residential treatment settings, where she provided compassionate, structured support to individuals on their path to recovery. After a year, she transitioned into the Program Assistant role, where she has since taken on leadership responsibilities, including team coordination and oversight of day-to-day operations.

Glenda is deeply passionate about helping individuals find healing and fulfillment. She is committed to fostering a positive, empowering environment for every client she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys attending music festivals, hiking, and watching horror movies with her sisters and nephew.
